Advertisers, co-workers, family, friends etc... People who have achieved greatness in life do not talk down to themselves, but build themselves up with positive words. 

Your affirmations should only be yours and yours alone. One more thing, I have found that doing affirmations from a second person perspective, is like getting a compliment from someone. Question, does it not feel good to be complimented from someone other than yourself? Or you can you use, “I am”. So you decide. I always say, “thank you” at the end of my affirmations. Why? You are thanking the universe in advance for your good fortune.
