The two sessions will be offered on two consecutive days. I will communicate with you prior to beginning to set up a time that works for both of us, when you can sit or lay quietly for the duration of the session (this is not a requirement-I can do my work without you in a relaxed mode). I will provide you with a simple 10 minute preparation before the sessions and I customize each session intuitively for each client and generally run from 20 to 40 minutes. After the first session, I provide you with a report and the opportunity for you to provide feedback before the second session.  

Each session will assist you with:
-releasing energy blockages in your physical, mental and emotional bodies  
-connecting to your higher self and the universal, divine consciousness
-clearing your karma to enable you to move forward in life and create the life you desire
-utilizing simple tools to enable you to be an active participant in the process and to use on your own when you desire
