Stress is actually a survival technique designed by the body and mind combination. However, the modern day routines and challenges have tilted that balance and we all depend too much on mind. Hence we are all over stressed.
This over stress is the main reason for the ailments of both body/mind and accompanying suffering. So the real issue to be addressed is how to bring the balance between body and mind. This helps us to retain that wonderful but much clichéd Stress as a survival technique and be joyful! This workshop is designed to understand the mechanism of stress, to learn exercises and meditation to address over stress and rejuvenate oneself for wellness of body and mind!
Meditation is a powerful solution for the overall wellness, and if practiced well it can nullify the need for medication. Medication may help in curing specific problem and condition whereas meditation not only helps in curing but also leads to strengthening overall wellness.
