When we are unwell or stressed, the corresponding chakra becomes out of balance. The beautiful energies of healing crystals can be used to balance the chakra, and allow the body to heal itself. 

One crystals is placed on the area of the body corresponding to each chakra of a surrogate outline, within a crystal grid. This is left in place for 5 days for maximum healing potential from the crystals. 

Although all chakras are balanced, I also dowse with a crystal to check which chakras are out of balance initially. Full feedback on these chakras and related issues with each chakra is provided at the start of the 5 days.
